How do you want your company to be perceived by your clients?

The answer to this question relies on many factors of brand identity.
Build your own company a character/personality, something people can relate to, through values and traditions.

Think of your brand as a person,

1.How does it look?        2.How does it talk?        3.How old is it?


Base on all these answers, you would be closer to your clients, you’ll know who they are and they’ll notice and trust you. They’ll appreciate your
business  for what it represents, and that’s the right thing to do when building a relationship it’s what you want to accomplish.

Materialize all those meaningful factors it’s the key to a proper brand identity process.
Give your company a face, a name, a voice. Do it through your people, teach them how to express all those values to every person that interacts with them.
Do it through your shop, your vehicles and every platform that might be perceived by the people you’re trying to make a customer.

Build a relationship with your clients and your company will always be relevant.
